Founder & CEO, Yellowfirst
Karna is a hybrid designer-engineer with 25+ years of experience designing and building enterprise software — from user experience and design systems to AI, frontend, backend and cloud. He founded Yellowfirst around an AI-first way of working: small senior teams that use AI agents to deliver what used to take large programs. He writes and reviews every page on this site.
Experience & expertise
- Hands-on deliveryThe patterns on this site — decision cards, twins, autonomy levels — come from building them, not from theory.
- Design and engineering togetherDecisions fail at the seams between UX, data and systems; we work across all of them.
- AI-first executionWe use AI agents in our own delivery every day, so we know where they help and where humans must stay in charge.
